We have a-72-hours return policy whereby products can be returned on the condition that the product must not be torn or tampered with. Should this timeframe elapse or damage is done to the product, it shall not be eligible for replacement and shall not be received from the customer.
Complaints about any Body Liven product should be relayed to the Body Liven Team within 24 hours after receiving the product. Complaints made after this time will not be reviewed.
Should a customer desire to return a product, The Body Liven team should be duly notified within the specified timeframe. Products returned without duly informing the team will not be received and no compensation would be made.
The consignee who purchases a Body Liven product shall bear the cost of shipping the products except on the days when errors are made by The Body Liven team.
A consignee shall only be eligible to exchange when accurate measurements are sent to the Body Liven team before purchase.
